Notable alumni recall fond memories of student life during their visit to university

On Monday, MUET alumni including Rudra Raj Pandey, Prof. Dr. Zubair Shaikh, Prof. Dr. Noor Ahmed Shaikh, Aijaz Ali Mugheri, Ghansham Motwani, Shammir, Ashok Dharma, Aijaz Kumbhar, Ibrahim Memon visited their alma mater to recall the good old days.

During their visit to campus, they visited their classrooms, and hostel; and had lunch at the same canteen they used to. Visitors also met with Vice-Chancellor, MUET Prof. Dr. Tauha Hussain Ali, and Prof. Dr. Bhawani Shankar Chowdhry, Former Dean and HEC Distinguished National Professor. During the meeting, visiting alumni assured their help and support for the university through alumni networking.

Rudra Raj Pandey is a Nepali who holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology and a Ph.D. in economics from Northeastern University is currently serving as Founder & Executive Chairman of Deerhold Ltd, an American company providing Software Development and Information Technology services globally. He is also the Chairman of Deerwalk Institute of Technology and the Chairman of Hamro Patro.

Prof Dr. Zubair Shaikh is a graduate of Computer Systems Engineering from MUET, currently, working as a President at Muhammad Ali Jinnah University, Karachi. Prof. Dr. Noor Ahmed Shaikh is serving as a Vice-Chancellor at Benazir Bhutto Shaheed UniversityoOf Technology And Skill Development.
